The purchase of a whole beef is the commitment to 550-600lbs of beef. The advantages are you know how the animal was developed, that it was treated with kindness. You also get 100% say in the cutting directions.
This is the most cost effective option, and a number of our Beef clients opt to split it themselves in a group.
